Cathy Conley is host of "Hotline", an hour long, monthly consumer affairs show on KLRU-TV, PBS in Austin, Texas.
Ms. Conley started her career as a newspaper reporter where she spent three years covering trials, politics and feature stories. She spent seven years as a news director and public affairs director for KEY 103 FM Radio in Texas.
As a television news reporter and anchor for KXAN-TV (NBC), Ms. Conley covered the Texas Legislature, Austin City Hall and the Travis County Courthouse. She's familiar to television viewers across Texas, having worked as a syndicated environmental reporter, "The Clean Texas Reporter", for KVUE-TV in Austin, KHOU-TV in Houston and KENS-TV in San Antonio, and well as many others.
Ms. Conley has degrees in Journalism and Political Science from Texas Tech University. She recently completed a community internship with the Travis County Medical Society.
