| Dr. Carol Weiss is a Clinical Assistant Professor in Psychiatry
and Public Health at Cornell University Medical Center - New York Presbyterian
Hospital. She attended Wesleyan University where she graduated magna cum
laude and Phi Beta Kappa in Religious Studies. She attended Johns
Hopkins University Medical School and did her Psychiatry Residency at New
York Hospital - Payne Whitney Clinic. She then completed a Fellowship
in Addictive Disorders at New York Hospital - Cornell University Medical
Center. Since that time, she has worked in an academic setting as
well as in Private Practice in Manhattan. She has published and lectured
on a number of topics, including Psychiatry, Addictive Disorders, AIDS,
and Women. She has appeared on television and radio and was included in
New York Magazine’s "Best Doctors in New York" in 1996 and
1999. |
