Cindy Seidman is a registered dietitian who received her
undergraduate degree in Foods & Nutrition from Douglass College and
her Masters Degree in Nutrition from Rutgers University. She is currently President
Elect of the National Bionutritionist's Association.
Ms. Seidman is the Director of the Nutrition Research
Department at the Rockefeller University Hospital and is responsible for
the design and implementation of research diets for patient oriented
studies. She has co-authored numerous scientific articles and book
chapters and recently co-authored a book entitled "No More Kidney Stones."
