| After graduating from the New Jersey Medical School in 1982, Dr. McMeeking served as a medical resident at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital until 1985. From 1985 to 1987, he was a fellow in the Division of Infectious Disease and Immunology at New York University-Bellevue Medical Center. Dr. McMeeking is board certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. Over the last thirteen years, he has served as an attending physician at the NYU Medical Center, and is currently Assistant Professor of Medicine at NYU School of Medicine. Besides teaching house staff and medical students, Dr. McMeeking has a busy private practice and has published several articles in various medical journals in the areas of AIDS, bacterial infections, and Lyme disease. |
